You can book your ticket(s), hospitality and parking passes, via the Sixways booking site HERE

For tickets purchased at the Stadium, and refreshments, please note that payments will only be possible by card. However, King's will be undertaking a charity collection for The Wooden Spoon, so if you would like to make a contribution, please can you do so in cash.

Event management: The organisation and management of the event will be in the hands of the Sixways Stadium, in consultation with senior members of staff from King’s and RGS.

Attendance:  All pupils, past and present, of the King’s Foundation are welcome to attend the match. Children at King’s Hawford and King’s St Alban’s, the Lower Years and the Lower Remove must be under the direct supervision of one or more adult (over 18 years old) and should remain seated with this adult for the duration of the match.

Access and Parking: The organisers reserve the right to close the car park if the traffic backs up on to the motorway, as it has in the past. If you do not buy a parking pass, you may find it useful to park or drop off at the Wainwright Road Trading Estate.

Timings:  Please arrange to arrive by 17.00 as there will be bag searches which can delay entrance to the stadium and, in particular, please note that entry to the stadium will not be possible after 17.15.

Seating:  Once inside, please ensure that each supporter has their own seat and remains seated for the match. In addition, there must be no standing in the aisles.

Refreshments:  Refreshments will be available. Only adults over the age of 21 will be allowed to purchase alcoholic drinks. No alcohol must be purchased for players or spectators under the age of 21. No alcohol may be brought onto the premises and all those entering the ground are liable to be searched. Stewards will rigorously enforce these rules.

Charity Programmes:  We have agreed with the club that we will sell programmes at the turnstile with the proceeds going to the sponsor’s charity, The Wooden Spoon.

Match Postponement:  Sixways Stadium reserves the right to postpone the match. The School will alert families to such a postponement, giving as much advance warning as we are able. Please be aware that refunds are unlikely to be available in the event of a postponement.

Players’ tickets:  Players receive two complimentary tickets (but not Car Park passes) each and need not apply for these. Tickets will be given to players in the week of the match.
